Rates depend on the format — group class, private coaching, or a full training block — so they're quoted on request. No pressure, no surprises: tell us what you're training for and you'll get a straight answer and a plan that fits it.

One message is all it takes. Tell us what you're training for and you'll get times and a straight rate quote back. If you own boxing gloves and hand wraps, bring them. If you don't, mention it in your message when you book and we'll sort you out for your first sessions.
